This course covers various aspects of troubleshooting hardware components, system software, and application software. It replaces CIS 268 (Software Support) and CIS 269 (Hardware Support). This course prepares students to take the CompTIA A+ 2012 certification examinations.
This course is not available on the Shelby-Hoover Campus for the Summer 2016 semester. It should be available again during the Fall 2016 semester.
