This course covers various aspects of troubleshooting hardware components. This course, combined with CIS 268 (Software Support), prepares students to take the CompTIA A+ 2012 certification examinations.
This course is no longer offered on the Shelby-Hoover Campus. It will be merged into CIS 263 in the Fall 2015 semester.
